1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 338win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Member") and 338win ("we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the 338win website, mobile platform, applications and any services made available through them (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 338win Platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access 338win's betting and casino services, you must register a personal member account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 338win account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your mobile number, email address or banking details change, you must update your account details promptly.
• 338win may require you to verify your identity at any point — including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documents as requested.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the 338win Platform. This is a strict minimum requirement and is not negotiable under any circumstances.

338win takes underage gambling seriously. We employ age verification procedures during registration and may request proof of age at any point. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member is under 18 years of age:

• The account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• All pending bets will be voided and all casino game results from the account will be cancelled.
• Any deposits made will be returned (minus any withdrawals already processed), subject to anti-fraud review.
• The account will be permanently closed and reported as appropriate.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 338win login credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone — including friends, family members or anyone claiming to represent 338win. 338win staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 338win immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 338win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You should use a strong, unique password for your 338win account and avoid using the same password on other platforms.
• Where two-factor authentication is available, we strongly recommend enabling it.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

338win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• 338win applies no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made from accounts not in your own name will not be accepted and will be refunded minus any applicable bank charges.
• 338win reserves the right to request evidence that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–4 hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.
• 338win reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a security review if unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Any balance remaining from bonus funds that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the account balance.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 338win Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as well as the general betting conditions set out in this section:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 338win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• 338win reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started ("late bets") or where it is determined that a member had access to information not available to the general public at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published due to a technical fault or human error at a level clearly outside normal market range — 338win reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund stakes.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50. Maximum bets vary by market and are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• 338win does not accept bets from members acting as agents for third parties or participating in any form of organised betting syndicate designed to exploit pricing errors.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are suspended and re-opened at the discretion of 338win's trading team. During suspension periods, no bets will be accepted. 338win accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed before a suspension was applied.

6.3 Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL, national team and international cricket matches: if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been bowled, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method has been applied to determine a valid result.

7. Casino Game Rules

The following terms apply to all casino and live casino games available on the 338win Platform:

• All casino games use certified software from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt and JILI Games. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical equipment under independent oversight.
• Theoretical return to player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and are independently audited. RTP represents the statistical average return over a very large number of game rounds and does not guarantee any specific result in a session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game round mid-play, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 338win is not liable for interrupted internet connections on the member's side that prevent a bet from being placed or a result from being displayed.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table and the decisions of the live dealer as observed on camera. In the event of a dispute, 338win's review of the video stream footage is final.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All 338win bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all 338win offers:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• If a withdrawal request is made before the wagering requirement is complete, the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

338win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all members at no cost from the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all 338win services. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 338win Platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other members, dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds through the Platform — using deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of money.
• Registering under a false identity or providing forged verification documents.
• Registering or operating an account while under the age of 18.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational betting and gaming.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 338win staff or other members in any communication channel.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

338win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the request of the member (voluntary closure).
• Following a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

On account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after all outstanding verifications are complete. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be held pending law enforcement review.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 338win account at any time by contacting our support team at support@338win.im. Please allow up to 48 hours for the closure to be processed. Any open bets at the time of the request will be settled normally and your final balance will be paid out upon closure.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 338win Platform — including but not limited to the 338win brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of 338win or its licensed partners and providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any 338win content without our express prior written permission. This includes taking screenshots or recordings of live casino streams for redistribution purposes.

13. Privacy & Data

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 338win's total liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

338win is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures or events outside our reasonable control (including internet outages, natural disasters or government actions).
• Errors or omissions in sports data or odds feeds provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses from games, sports bets or casino activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

338win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a message to your registered mobile number or email address.

Changes take effect on the date they are published unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 338win's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and 338win that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
